A Breath of Fresh Air

PURE GOLD just wanted to encourage each and every person to take these days, though they may be stressful or more contained than preferred, to grow in health. One's health relies on the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. Taking the time to decompress by soaking in a bubble bath surrounded by candles, spending more time in prayer while walking outside, maybe going for a longer run to clear the mind, try new non-toxic skincare products, or take pictures of beautiful spring blooming all around. Whatever it may be, eliminating stress allows the body, mind and spirit to release toxins that build up and create roadblocks for increasing in health.


Don't forget to let yourself relax. Make a game plan to de-stress, breathe, and adore your body as a whole, not just in consumption of food or output of exercise on a weekly basis. Spoil yourself, make the most of new memories, and enjoy the ride in this crazy time. Breathe in that fresh air of relaxation and peace!
