Maple Onion Pork Chops

1 lb pork chops

4 cups brown rice

4 cups onion, chopped

4 cups bell peppers, chopped

1/3 cup maple syrup

4 tablespoons ground rosemary

2 tablespoons thyme

2 tablespoons sea salt


  1. Heat pan on medium high heat.

  2. Heat water in a pot for brown rice.

  3. Add rice to pot with water once water is boiling.

  4. Cook pork and rice until done.

  5. Once the pork is cooked, add all vegetables.

  6. Drain any excess water from rice, set aside to fluff.

  7. Add the syrup, salt, and spices.

  8. Let simmer and flavors merry for 5-10 minutes.

  9. Plate each serving with a bed of rice and place pork chop on rice, top with vegetables.

  10. Enjoy!
