1 loaf wheat bread
1 1/2 cups milk of choice
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Olive oil for dabbing on pan
favorite fruit for topping
Whisk together milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Place oil in pan and heat pan over medium heat.
Dip bread slices in milk mixture on each side, making sure to allow the mixture to soak into the bread well.
Place the dipped bread into the pan and cook until golden brown, flip and do the same on the opposite side.
Top with your favorite fruit.
